STEP 1) Go to the Calendar Tab. Create your event (i.e. - red carpet, press junket, networking event, etc.) and in the Notes area log what it is that your are ordering (so you don't repeat this look again). Then click "Save".

STEP 2) Then in the Calendar schedule the "Pick Up" or "Arrival" date when you receive the dresses from Rent The Runway.

STEP 3) Then schedule the "Drop Off" or "Send" date of when you are to return your Rent The Runway package. Click the "Add Expense(s)" button.

STEP 4) Now you are in the Expenses Section of PerformerTrack.

NOTE: If this event is for a Specific Project, make sure this expenses goes in that projects' "Project Expenses" area (i.e. you are going to the red carpet premiere of your film 'Green River" at the Tribeca Film Festival). Or, if this is an event you are attending that is NOT related to any one project, that will fall in "Additional Expenses" area.

Add Expense with the Expense Type "Purchase of Professional Costume" there you can add the rental fee for the dress/gown & accessories.

Then Add Expense with the Expense Type "Office Business Supplies, Postage" for the return shipping cost.

Now you can tie who the Payee/Purpose was (rent the Runway) or (Appearance Event) associate what credit card you used for payment-Payment Method.
