AD TERMS

1. INITIAL SEND: The initial send of your Ad will go out on the day/time of your choosing (as long as it doesn't conflict with another send already scheduled).

2. RESEND TO UNOPENS: The resend of your AD will be sent to the unopens approximately 5-6 days later (as long as it doesn't conflict with another send already scheduled).

3. AD ARTWORK: Any artwork that is created exclusively for your Ad is designed and created by Holdon Log, LLC. This artwork is the sole property of Holdon Log, LLC and may NOT be reused, repurposed, copied, posted online, displayed, or used on/in any printed materials, by you, your company, subsidiaries, affiliates or any other entity. If you use the artwork without expressed written consent from Holdon Log, LLC it will be considered a blatant breach

of our ad terms and you will be held liable for $500.00 USD for each infraction. EXCLUSIONS: Any imagery that was already pre-existing on your website/marketing materials that was used within the Deal Artwork is excluded from this provision. If you wish to purchase the Ad Artwork to use without restriction you will need to contact Brian Vermeire at BV@HoldonLog.com or call 323-316-8064.

4. METRICS: Holdon Log, LLC does NOT provide statistical data on e-mail blasts (such as click through rates, open rates, unsubscribes, etc.).

5. TIME LIMIT: You must use all 12 Solo-Send campaigns within 12 months of purchasing. If all 12 campaigns are not used within 12 months - then any remaining campaign(s) will be forfeited.

6. REFUNDS: All sales are final. No refunds or partial refunds.
